After reading Rich Dad / Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and studying Carleton Sheets’s real estate investing course, I knew that I wanted to be in real estate.

Buying my first duplex in 2003, I moved in upstairs, and rented out downstairs. By 2004, I was wholesaling, and buying and rehabbing more duplexes.

​

My current business focus includes buying and holding commercial multifamily properties and wholesaling. I am also a Realtor.

​

I have creatively grown my portfolio using a variety of financing methods: seller financing; conventional bank mortgages; and private money partnering.

​

An avid networker, I never meet a stranger. The Real Estate Investors Association of Greater Cincinnati (REIA), where I am featured presenter and a past board member, has been key to me meeting other entrepreneurs and finding and making win-win deals.

 

I especially enjoy working with new financial partners and investors on deals.

Education is important to me and as a student of business, I read biographies, study personal development, and attend training seminars. In 2019, I became a student in the Urban Land Institute's inaugural Real Estate Accelerator Lab (REAL), which is a leadership program designed to educate and mentor the next generation of Greater Cincinnati real estate professionals.

I am a Cleveland, OH native, a University of Cincinnati alumnus with a B.S in Design, and a twelve-year branding, marketing, and graphic design industries veteran.
